Common Surface Prep questions
-
We offer mobile dustless (sand)blasting and surface preparation services.
This includes rust, paint, and coating removal; graffiti and calcium buildup removal; and surface prep for industrial, commercial, and residential projects—performed on-site with controlled, professional equipment. -
Dustless blasting is a surface preparation method that mixes abrasive media with water to suppress dust, reduce heat, and minimize warping. Bottom line: it’s cleaner, safer, and more controlled than traditional dry sandblasting.
-
The primary benefits include a 92% reduction in airborne dust, suppressed sparks for safety in industrial zones, and the prevention of metal warping due to the cooling effect of the water. It’s faster than sanding and cleaner than traditional sandblasting.
-
We blast metal, steel, iron, concrete, masonry, brick, stone, wood, fiberglass, and select composites. Typical projects include heavy equipment, trailers, tanks, fences, pool tile, graffiti removal, industrial components, and surface prep for coatings.
If it has a surface problem, there’s a high probability we can solve it.

No—when done correctly. We adjust media type, pressure (PSI), nozzle size, and stand-off distance based on the substrate. This is not a one-setting-fits-all operation. Proper control prevents warping, pitting, or surface damage.
-
Yes. We are fully mobile and can blast on-site at homes, businesses, job sites, and industrial facilities. This eliminates transport costs, downtime, and logistical headaches.
